i feel that i cannot give any more

God recharges me

thanks God, for everything that you have done for me

especially today, when you showered me with countless blessings

all buses arriving on time [ no waiting time in between buses ]

for food, everything went smoothly [transport to Giant and all...]

for logistics, helpers came from all around [ ad-hoc ]

for cleaning up, it was fast and efficent

for new youths, they had fun

hmm

these few days have been rather eventful
wai's been calling me to update me on the progress on the econs project
-the future seems bleak-
as of now, i believe that we should persist and finish what we started
to live is to fight on
and never to surrender!
[anyway we shld get started... it's gonna snow anytime soon :) ]

other than econs proj
there's also xmas plans
with the peeps
yupps, me.dextertan.waichuan.dingyue.
slugging it out on the 23rd
[ i may be busy =x]
getting ready for xmas day itself

hmm'

life hasn't been much interesting lately,
nothing much going on i guess

though i look forward to your mail everyday :D

today, something different happened :

met waichuan's econs tutor at j8 to discuss stuff
stuff related to our one month long project [ hopefully one month ;D]
somehow i became leader [cuz it's my idea >.<]
and explained to the tutor, calvin and wai chuan about our plans to go abt doing it
and lay down the proposed template which we will all adhere by
and how it will be of aid for our exams
the feeling was like... pw?

it was a good discussion , i felt
it made us realize, how much of econs we've forgotten
it rang an alarm inside us
it's about time to pick up momentum again

i still remember last year, the whole night was spent sleeplessly typing our geog fys answers [with waichuan on the phone getting changes made], getting ready for printing and distribution the next day. eeps =x BUT, that was alot of fun and fulfillment!

it was definitely fun
getting to know new people
spending time out with the group
and getting all messy and wet

the morning began...
with teddy calling me
apparently i slept through my alarm
managed to get to church on time tho
thx to one-man transport

reached church
samuel p. briefed us on the seq of events
and we prayed and prepped ourselves for the events

soon...
people started pouring in...
and ice breakers started
colleen led them thru " drinking goggles"
and i helped

first game : scavenger hunt!
lotsa running
with random findings of cotton tree outside downtown east
*shock*
yepp [it was the 3 fluffy objects]
shan't elaborate much..

lunch

followed by..
station games!

haha it was gross
esp the flour with colourings one
the people have to scoop the slime off the pants of their group members
but nevertheless fun!
the water splashing one was by far the best
totally wet
soaked drenched
hmm

then it was water bombs
the coming up the "fork" plan to take down groups
water bombs flying everywhere
it was like...
warfare?
..

worship was the last part
got high with the usu high peeps
haha!
