Went out with Roy and Wei Zhong -> Plaza Singapura

Real slacky morning...Roy wanted to check out courses at yamaha. We reached there at 11 [it opens at 12 -.- ] so we slacked about. Mmm, Jon said that yamaha is much of all a waste of money [ g4c forum did not say much , except that indiv teachers are better ]. Would have contemplated G77 [guitar77] , if the cost was cheaper [ 40/1hr lesson ]. MK said that learning the basics would be vital to progress...

Kinda confusing ain't it?

Trying to minimize time lapse when changing chords. My 2nd and 3rd finger hurts!

Went to Jon's house to learn guitar. He was rather nice to teach me the basic chords and some strumming. Oh man. The steel strings really hurt my fingers badly. Ouch man. Even so, I had much of a fun time there learning from him [mainly chord changing]. I guess I need more practice at changing chords such that it does not turn out awkard!

My fingers are getting sore...

The next time I find him, he's teaching me the strumming patterns. Yups..

Wanted to go for MK's guitar classes in church, but alas! small group ends 1/2 way through his lesson... [Think overlapping time frames]

Came back from night cycling.

The temple near my house was burning joss paper. Was really hard to breathe, and the atmosphere was misty. Oh wells. Cycled to Hougang Festival Market, only to realise that the arcade has closed down and replaced by Sakae Sushi. So much for that.

Still really worked up by the inconsiderate night-strollers hogging up the pavement... hurmph!
