ms tan is so what 1 lorrs. made me go school for just one hour go thru math papers.
she shout [or teach], the whole school can hear. [speaking of sound travelling faster than light] i was late. [8.15 when the lesson begain at 8.00]
went with jun yang, jun guang, michael , wei zhong, dexter tan , bryan chan , ying jie. george goh was with us, but ms tan called him back. [he got math :P ]
some people who are weak in physics and math will be having one full day.
7~8am [go thru paper - whole class]8~12nn[math extra practice - weaker students]12~3pm[physics extra practice - waeker students]how fun for them.dotz. i am like, so mean?
note : i will never forgive myself. i did not get full marks because i was careless. practice after practice did not help. why? why?clocked total of 2hour for other school's emath paper 1 and 2. at least i can get 75%. [erm.. my school's A1 is 85 marks?]also, ms tan said before. i should not be happy with my 80 average for emath. i should keep aiming higher. aiming to get into the 90 zone. then bring amath from 70 ~80 to 80~90. pls lah. its juz math. if i am so careless, how am i going to win my frens who get 90+ for math?muz learn to be careful. very careful. otherwise i will reduce to an A2 for emath. [which ms tan would s-c-r-e-w me !!! ]

at least i managed to regain my self-confidence.[silver lining amongst the dark, ominous clouds.] ponned chinese lesson. did math practice papers today. b-o-r-i-n-g.can't wait to beat my timing. 40mins for paper1 and 1hour for paper2. muz get something lower. time constraint. wanna see how brandon is accepting Christ. see if the flame in him can be made bigger. friday// tired. finally 1 week is over.
i am feeling lazy. too lazy.
realised that i can't be too trusting all the time. backstabbed by andre kua. went lanning on friday. we plan to leave 5 mins after chen xiao's grp left. however, lan shop uncle went for lunch. then well. waited until 3.40. andre kua juz told ms tan.. "they at lan shop... "
we got hell. reached at 4.00pm. when , the lesson started at 3.30pm.
ms tan wanted to call our parents up. but then she juz simmered. and let us off. haha.
that was a close shave. andre. you bs-er. no wonder always get pushed around.

haha. i shudder. if his theory is true, then we humans muz be the final stage of the evolution. but what about those stuck in the middle?

tired. i am feeling tired.
english prelims killed my brain cells. literally. summary was fine. the compre main was really inferencial.
muz buy a jacket, or a windbreaker. whichever looks nicer :Pchinese after school did not help. jun yang and co. went to play dota. lolx. met yang when coming home from chinese. slacky ah, they all. george and co [malboro gang] played soccer in class.
chinese teacher was kinda pissed. i went to slang her. slang. haha.
tuition was bad. wrote an essay there. and went through a short compre.
overall : 3 essays, 1 chinese compo , 2 compres.
what an achievement!!tmr : chinese paper. stress. 4 hrs in that room?! summary is so hard!!
want to learn something, but scared no determination and perseverance to play on.

usually i dun blog on mondays.. but felt necessary. [lol]
ran the 2.4km test today. I PASSED!! YAY TO THAT!! most ppl can't believe.. i ran 13:40 [lol]. steady pace and all. i most probably want to retake, and get better.
in the morning, i felt my legs iin pain. looks like I am gonna fail. when i ran, He was there. it was a comforting and reassuring feeling. i ran. juz ran. i was not alone. i was not stressed. juz carried on. to the end. Thank You Lord, for all you've done.
then lessons later, i got 12/25 for geography test. [i kinda deserved it for not studying much] and 21/25 for probability test. [lol!] that means no extra work. however, things started tuning wrong when i failed my trigo graphs test.
had to report for extra lessons tmr morning.
felt disappointed. haha. then went to coffeeshop for lunch. rain fell. i was soaked to the skin. literally soaked. the pic below shows my uniform hanging on a
retort stand in the physics lab during extra lessons [lol!] it was a bad day, cause one of my ipod earpiece happened to be softer than the other. how ah?

dunno y, some random occurence, i blinked faster then normal. then my frens noticed it , and joked about it. things got worse, when my chinese teacher pointed out [shall type in english instead of chinese :P]:

Me : "Erm...Haha.. No lah..Tired"
Teacher: "Or are you practicing blinking? Cause almost everytime i see you, you are blinking!!"

EASTER SUNDAY!
woke up late [7am]. rushed to shower, get changed, and rush down for worship preparation. i was still kinda tired, so slept on the bus. luckily, i managed to reach my stop on time. [yeah]
preparation began. i was flat, according to daniel. tried hard, and my voice did not act up. luckily, but the time the actual worship began, i am "warmed up" enough, to not sound like someone mourning.
hello?! today is easter sunday. when the day our Lord rose from the grave?! y all look so sad? worship began. sam phua seemed not her usual quiet self. well, for the whole time at least. haha. weird huh?
haha. worship was going fine, with the dance team's dance adding life to the whole thing. [yeah] the worship was made more lively by some ppl jumping! [double yeah]. it was encouraging. haha. really encouraging for me and the rest.
then marcus jumped. some of the congregation were like.. "huh?"
my throat went dry and my voice became hoarse. thats when i turned to sam phua. i was like, beginning to sound hoarse, and airy. lol. sustained. haha.
it was c-o-l-d [lol, since i hardly ever feel cold]. the air-con was directly above me, and when i raised my hand at the later part of worship, i felt that it froze.
ouch. cold.
sermon was fine. i not planning to blog the whole sermon unless got people request , coz that will be quite long, and tiring. haha.

too bad i came late coz got school and nearly missed out on the worship portion. sighs.. i think that i am feeling old. not old as in matured, but old as in haggard and tired.
2hr essay test in school, and i finished it in 1h15mins. [fast?] i doubt if i will score or do well. however, it is not counted [who cares!]
i was like, flustered, lost, overwhelmed when i stepped into the av room at sprinfield sec for TGIGF. the smell was strong, but i am usd to it. [my school lecture theathre is also this kind of smell one].
short devotion from marcus, and we went for lunch. haha. then the race began. [our team began last]. haha.. lol to that. began with a short word of prayer from ryan and we were OFF!!
met jacko's team at the bus stop. apparently we missed the 1st "69" , for the rest of the teams had "vanished". [lol] then our 1st stop was at city hall mrt that area. haha. that place was a little crowded, and it posed a bother to us who were c-h-a-r-g-i-n-g through the crowd.
"food tasting" began. the 1st drink contained
liang-teh and some fruit juice. the 2nd was the same, only the fruits changed. well, it did not take us long to discover that 1 fruit was mango , while the other was guava. [yeah!!]
the 2nd station was kinda tricky. had to use ur mouth to hold onto a plastic cup, and without usin of hands, pour the water from 1 end to the other. lol. we got chance and left after a while.
the 3rd station, was also out last station for the day, coz once we finished, there were no more time left to get to marina bay for our fourth station. at the 3rd station, got 3 tasks. 1st 2 were silly, finding stuff around the place.
daryl's car number? hahaha. our last task was to lift the 3/4-filled-with-water-pail. that was strenous. completed the task by having the brim reach waist level and sustained it for 2 mins. i was in agony.
it felt like those warm up exercises where one has to lift his legs 45 degrees!! stomach muscle pain.
well.. daryl looked and said..

reached back uber early. played basketball with the bb boys. the bb boys were great! haha.. teamwork. there are no solo-ists there. i managed to scored a few shots. then the game became
too hiong.. and the girls decided not to join in. haha..
changed game to captain's ball [i changed it, to accomodate more ppl. ]. that's when the groups began returning back. [more ppl on the court. YEAH] then jacko wanted to play basketball, but decided not to, coz no other girls are playing. [lol?]
captain's ball the court was pretty small [half-court only]. graham was a good player. marcus also. they were fast [real fast]. graham thunders, and marcus scores. [prefect combination eh?] and they were playing for the girl's team. [?!]
managed to get through the defence. haha. at close to the end of the game, i tried to reach for the ball, but bumped into nick, who was also going for the ball. both of us tumbled, and the ball rolled off. [huh?!]
joke telling session. jacko and shane sabohed me, but nick's "one joke" [which was in fact , many] , and amy's "timely arrvial" saved me. haha. i do not know much jokes, and some of them will cause
shivers. [lol]
prize presentation. my team got last [expected]. however, no one was sad. [weird huh?] we all got what we wanted - fun. that's all. winning is juz a side bonus? haha
went for dinner at tm[tampines mall] after that. felt super doozy-woozy on the bus, and slept all the way. was kinda blur-blur when the bus "81" pulled into serangoon station. went to buy a drink , lest i take 315 and fall asleep, going 1 whole round for nothing.

thursday is my
rush-hour day.
school ends at 1.40pm -> rush to do homework -> go for chinese extra lessons at 1300 -> go for tuition at 1730 when the chinese thingy ends at 1700.
beginning corking in class. [lol!]
then chinese they say pushed to 0830 begin. i got scared, coz that means to reach church be4 12[when they set off], i haf to leave by 1130 latest, and it means that i haf to finish my paper 2 in 40 mins.
i was like.. grrr... wana tear my hair out.then the most amazing thing happened. when school dismissed, a teacher announced that we will only be doing paper 1. phew. leave at 1030 eh? will try my best, and pray hard, such that we b3-ers will not haf extra dishes [paper 2].
math has a reform. all standards will be lowered [still above o level standard]. and the A1 grade pushed to 85. thats okay for me, cause i have to hit a minimum of 85 this term :P
did homework in the library after school.[where elso can enjoy air-con] tze tian was slacking. lolx. bleary eyed me.
shu xian was like, so head over heels for ms chow. erm.. he says that she is chio.. [i dunno wad that means. attractive?].. i juz shrugged and said that "cute" might be a more appropriate word.

today is a good day. pure slack. math, hcl, el and ss.
i fell asleep in math yesterday. ms tan said, to sleep throughout her lessons, i haf to get minimum 95 for both math. [impossible!!] so i had to work hard and try my best. [remember she wanted minimum 85?].
the most funny thing in the lesson , is that ms tan scolded kelvin [who was beside me] for not paying attention [lol!] and well.. i juz had to yawn at that point of time. [oops!] i haf "exposed" myself. [sianz]
assembly was on eyecare. how to take care of your eyes, and the causes of the eye problems. i had my
eye-care all right, by dozing off. i was not caught [lol!] and got away with it, even though there was a whole row of teachers behind me. [yeah!]
bad hair day. coz tried to play with the can of gatsby hair spray found in 4-5. seng wei did my hair. well, i only had the front portion standing. the remaining were falling. [i looked like a joke]. will be uploading the pics soon. then to my horror, the spray wouldn't come off even though i had soaked my hair. finally, with zhi han's help, managed to transform my hair into a caphead. [lol!] i muz haf been pretty bad looking. then after drying it, well, it sprung back to normal. [yeah!]
at least i can go to j8 without looking like a freak or "one who needs a grass cutter" [in rach's term]
my ipod seemed to haf a problem. even though the screen shows that it is fully charged, in actual fact, it is only charged to 80%. posted this qn at apple support discussion site. lolx.

monday.
a long and deary day. as i was making my way to school, i could feel the monday blues. yes, the monday blues. [I had "almost one of each" period on monday!! as in, one of each sub]
PE was fun, played pickleball [or whatever it was called]. well. i served the ball, table-tennis style. it was fun. [even tho i was not suppossed to :P ]
geography was bad. bad, bad news. for the 1st test of this term, highest is only 15.5/25. not sure who, but many fell into the 6 plus 7 zone. i feel endangered.
math was sianzz.. linear law test.i am stiu taking my time.. going for my math tests unrevised [only for class tests].. [lol!]. wanna see how much i could get.
chemistry.. got 25/40 for chemistry test. i was so sad. [what to do? i din revise]. mrs toh was also upset. it is like, 25 is a sucky score, even though many fell into the borderline pass-fail region. i want to get at least 30. CARELESS CARELESS CARELESS.
yes, many said that the "clayton of yesteryear" has changed.
i want to go back to yesterday. i want to revive that "fighting-spirit" in me. i want to win. i want to do my best.chem extra was boring. do mock-prelim paper. it was so far from the actual paper in terms of standard. clarence felt so happy, until he found out that i owned him.
i wanna do better than wad i got for term 3 last year. rahhs.cca was sian. ended up talking to my juniors, and charging my handphone. went to j8 after that. brandon was like , "clayton.. you're still single?"

haven't updated for a long, long time.sunday//tired - slept at 2.30am slacking [doing work and surfing the net]. reached church too early again [lol!]. took the 7.40am bus but stiu reached before 8.30am.. felt bored.well, everytime when daniel chia calls me, i am like juz round the corner? it has happened for weeks. did camera duty that morning. was kinda shocked , coz daryl brought his tripod and asked me to use that one. [lol.his had a ball-bearing system]. it was really nice adn neat.quoted victor , "this tripod is enough to TURN BERTRAND ON!!"hahaha.. wait till bertrand sees this.daryl tripod is really good, but the ball bearing thingy is becoming a lottle problem. even though i had loosened the screws, the ball bearing was like.. stuck? well. that was not a problem to me, until the end at the song, when marcus walked around. [ended up turning the whole tripod] .

small group was fine.. haha.. the discussions were very very in-depth. its like "if i know that i am forgiven through the grace of God, then why do i want to stop sinning?" and stuff like "if helping out will not buy me a ticket to heaven, why help out?"

There was news brought up on christianity bein preached to jail inmates. this dawned on us that christianity is forgiveness, especially these inmates who need acceptance and forgiveness from the society. PRAISE HIM!!

saturday.
woke up late [7.15am]. still groggy from flu medicine. stumbled. took a 5min shower [i usually take at least 15 to 20+ mins].reached school late. finished paper 1 on time. break 15 mins. took paper 2. teacher said "do finish can leave". i was shocked, coz i thot 1.5hrs can slack. finished paper 2 in 50mins. left school at 11am, instead of 11:30am. i had a bad feeling that i would screw up, coz do toofast and no check through. it usually happens at my open-ended comprehension.
THIS IS ANOTHER ADVANTAGE. I WILL BE ABLE TO REACH SPRINGFIELD SEC FOR THE COMBINED EVENT BEFOR 12NOON.
speaking of "beating the clock". lolx.
went to j8. met dexter and han sen on the way. they all sianz. got cca. had lunch at j8. lots of people collecting donations[ flag day ]. yesh, i was approached... the girl so0 cute and pretty!!

by right today i should gone against
all odds and buy my ipod nano. however, was in a rush for time, so left out buying it.
well. can't decide between nano or video.
only 1 copy of the physics textbook left. no stock. din buy it coz the cover page was torn at the sides and the edges were seriously damaged. [2nd hand book?]
all my shopping things aside...
received good but bad news [lol] - will be taking the cl syllabus exam [lol! since i am stiu in hcl. waste my time!!]. school starts at 7.30am. essay test till 9.30am. 15mins break. 1.5 hrs till 11.15. whichs means..

juz got info. saturdays muz come to school at 7.30am. 4hrs (hcl full paper). then go home. not countin the breaks, it will end at 11.30 earliest.

every week test liddat. do more harm than good. i wanna go for TGIGF. [my parents not letting me pon this hcl thing]it is SPASTICALLY ruining me!
after that, my whole day turned sour. everything seemed rotten. missing TGIGF? how wrong is that.

wednesday!!
yuan asked me, why this school so few cl lessons one [lol!]. she says her ex-sch [some girl's sch] had a lot more.. even in the morning also. she says that if i work at it, my results will make the mark for hcl..
crapping crapping, then she asked me if i plan to continue my sci combi in jc.. i said.. most probably dropping physics take bio.. she was like "huh"? then why you do not take bio now? [eeps]
math trigo graph test was o0kay!! haha..i think that i will scrape a pass.. [that's so not me!!] besides, ms tan iz not in school today [on mc].. so lawerence tan gave us the test..
chemistry test tomorrow [air, water and electrolysis]. haiz. chemistry.. i am doing fine with revision now..
hcl was slacky, coz teacher has to go for a meeting, and well..20mins free time!! [which we ended up playing soccer using a tennis ball :P ]
felt kinda tired, managed to keep my eyes open throughout the lesson though..
assembly was some sort of international friendship day programme.. there was a japanese performance , drums and all.. then followed by a dance.. i was like.. trying to stay awake.. then came some fast paced dance where one of the performancer danced solo.
my frens went, "oohhh.. she iz hot!!"
i had no comments.
escaped from george..who was trying to kiss guys.. [lol! gross!!]

most lessons so slacky, ended talking to frens or playing word games.. [lol!]
after scho0l, mrs toh never come.. so cca was DISMISSED EARLY!! yay to that!!
juz realised that all my tests are postponed..
geography - from monday to tuesday
math (trigo graphs) - from monday to wednesday
chem - from monday to thursday
physics - from monday to friday
ain't that good?ben phua saw some girls in the school, and got a lil' excited. [lol!] he is considered as okay behaviour already, coz got some really despo ones.. ppl ask me if i haf a gf [LOL!].. i say no. [obvious].. I AM NOT GAY!! then carry on ask my if got admire some1 be4 [lolx!!].. [obviously] yes. I JUZ SAID THAT I NOT GAY WAD

geography paper was o0kay, not too tough. i didn't study much tho. all on agriculture. lolsthose poor souls who had math extra, lesson dragged on to 6.45 , 7pm .. as a result, almost all of them reached home at about 8+ pm [whoa! so late!] i was very lucky not to be put into that programme.. [ppl say that the day i go in, all laws and theories are reversed]note : wanna know who are those from the math extra? they're those who are dozing off in the lessons!!
the lessons are too slacky, ended up playing ancient empires 2 and worms fort with ivan.. DURING MATH!! [coz ms tan got "sniper" eyes] yay!! trashed him hands down.. graphwork is not that nice as dy/dx [differentiation] or trigonometry..cl teacher thot i was sleeping, and called me to answer a question. imagine her surprise when i answered it!! [lol? izzit juz me? the same thing happened to ms tan too!! she was like "huh"?]
when i sleep, i also hear!!talkin about motivation, han sen and wei jie asked me how i found my motivation to see there and do work.. i was like "huhh" [coz my results are not that good].. then i said
- set simple goals and short-term plans [like getting a B or an A for certain subjects]
- try to fulfil them [do wadeva it takes]
- reset goals
for me, my main goal every term iz juz to see at least an improvement of >25 marks overall.. and win some people.. [i guess some ppl may know who i referring to]..
main aim for prelims 1
- Pass all my subjects [lol! i think ppl will kill me for sayin this]
- Score as many A's as possible
- Get minimum 85 for both maths [or ms tan will get me!!]
- Overall improvment in L1R5
- Impress some people :P
main goals for the term
- Improve explanations
- Be more involved in church
- balance work and play
- get either a 1-side earpiece or an ipod
- get more sleep [i've got the beginnings of eyebags]

UPDATEDthese days.. really .. [no comments]
saturday //
no cl lesson [sch got some event, whole school will be used] . did homework, went for tuition and then for 1-voice bible studies..
apparently, the "jump" issue has gone really far out.. coz almost all are in the know.. [lol!].. the whole bible study thing is all on "basic worship" , as in "what is worship about" and the other essentials gone thru during the "small group worship project".
haha, at the end of the day, i managed to learn something.. so therefore, i conclude that "jumping coz 1 iz hyper" and "jumping coz 1 feels the Lord" is very much different. actually, there is a feeling of emptiness in the 1st one [jumping coz 1 iz hyper].
slacked around with yuehao, and "toured" the church. haha. church at night seemed eerie.. and i told him that filming a horror show here is very suitable.. [lol!] and we got funny ideas..haha..
visited the new chapel [dunno if that's allowed].. the doors were unlocked. went in, and we were like "wow" here "wow" there one..haha.. it was like.. [refer to the pics below]. then i realised something.. the floor was not soundproof. we can hear the worship going on below at the portion where the pa ppl sits. :P
can't wait to use 'em

woke up at 6.30am. i took the 7.40 bus, planned to reach church by 8.40 [not too early not too late]. somehow, i reached church at 8.15 [lol!] and had to slack around. [eeps!] then came daniel chia. he wanted to slack around, so can later go up and get back seats. [he wanted to jump? lol!]
somehow our patience wore out and we went in at 9.05am ? the place was stiu kinda quiet and like very few ppl there.. well, i juz jumped in worship. [solo jumper] graham went "huh"? haha. there was a sec1 who kept looking at me, found me an "amusing" sight. [eew!!] from that time till the breaking up into our respective groups, he kept looking back at me. [i am not an attention seeker!]guess wad? i din noe that i am tall, until dawn said it.. coz.. she was standing behind shane. she thot that she can look at the worship band.. then in front of shane stood andrew cheah [lol!] now those 2 cannot see. then in front of andrew.. stood ME! [now all 3 can't see!!lol!!]small group was very very nice :) stood to learn lots from the sermon tacher huan mei gave :)this is the conclusion i gave about the way God and the society sees us :society

hey hey.. sports nite huh?
wanted to play lan but no space. [DEXTER! I TOLD YOU THERE NO SPACE LIAO!!] then , went to eat kfc at thomson plaza. brandon , dexter and zhou wei started acting childish and shot ice around. [lol!]
NEXT TIME IF I PLAYING LAN, I WILL BE GOING WITH MY JUNIORS INSTEAD!! THEY ARE SO MUCH LESS OF A HEADACHE!! AT LEAST THEY DUN TRY TO PUT ICE-CUBES DOWN EACH OTHER'S BACK. CAN YOU GUYS JUZ GROW UP?!
i am serious.. my juniors are so much more well-behaved.. and i think that they are cooler!! haha.. mi junior's fren mistook me for gordon [an ex-scout].. then thot i was his brother.. haha.. after all, according to them , we look almost the same [lol!]..even the scout teacher thot so.. then when i opened my mouth.. they got scared one step further!! i sound like him!! [lol!] wow.double lol!in the hall, nearly got sabohed by joel to lead cheer. i thot i was safe. at the track, i was saboh-ed. [lol!] standing at the back of the crowd, i was like screaming my voice out.. the lower sec looked amused at one screaming guy.. but joined in all the same. volume went up :P
COORDINATION WAS POOR! after the cheer, i think i sounded hoarse.
sports nite. defense was thick. [imagine a lone king trying to escape from a rook, a queen and a bishop] defense was thick!! to amuse myself, i went around taking photos of their "hideouts". [guess those places won't be hideouts after i am done wif them :P ] there are also prefect "campers" who hid at obscure corners.guess wad tie-wearers? i am sharp. my eyes are sharp. if yo plant sihao at the pillar, you can forget about him hiding there. that 0.1tonner can stiu be seen. his sides stick out. [constructive ideas huh?]
the only people who manages to run away was andre kua and gang, who went by taking a bus that was leaving the school.. [speaking of inovation?]
camera sure iz fun.. BUT A DSLR IS SIMPLY UN-AFFORDABLE!!
